		<description>Yea, I started this blog with blogger, and changed due to the fact that you cannot get it to validate. No point running a web site about web design and standards if your own blog doesn&#039;t validate. ;)

Your blog loads up okay in Opera 8.5, but you cannot view the blog entry, or any of the desktop windows. Then again Opera JavaScript always has to be difficult. :(

Still, very cool.</description>

I know it breaks about every webstandard you care to find, but
a) I could never get blogger code to validate anyway :(
b) it still renders in every browser I could get my hands on :)
also, while I work in IT I am most definitely NOT a site coder. But I&#039;ll surely come back here once in a while and pick up some tips.

The biggest problem with load times I have is that I have to pull in a few RSS feeds and reformat them using feedsweep or feedburner to render as HTML. If one or more of these services are slow, well, you&#039;ll be staring at the loading screen for a while. Them&#039;s the breaks of using only free tools.</description>
